Conor, a familiar face at Club Berowra, has recently transitioned from being a DownUnder Bartender to one of the club’s new Duty Managers. With roots in Berowra Heights and Mt Kuring-Gai, Conor is a local at heart, born in Singapore but deeply connected to the community. His journey at the club began during a Friday night meat raffle, a tradition he shared with his late Grandfather that sparked his passion for the club.
In his role as Duty Manager, Conor takes pride in engaging with club members and guests while collaborating with his team. Noteworthy is his contribution to the revamped cocktail menu, which includes crowd favorites like cocktail jugs that have become a hit over the weekends. When Conor isn’t at the club, he enjoys playing the guitar, singing, and working towards his goal of becoming a commercial pilot – with recreational and soon, a private pilot’s license under his belt, Conor is well on his way to achieving his dream.
